Back in my hometown and was such a pleasure to present the keynote at the @stcolumbaanglicanschool Spring Soriee Fundraiser where all funds raised go towards providing school scholarships.

I shared some insights from my journey (Renee got a mention, as always!), how putting 2004-2019 on the SW Jewellery closure comms made people think that it was a death announcement and that I had passed away, and to make sure it had a local anchor, I shared a story about Port Macquarie’s Disneyland equivalent; Fantasy Glades.

I also spoke in the importance of creative nurturing. Because when we trust ourselves to create, it goes beyond the arts, creating builds in us a self trust that we are able to create something that didn’t previously exist. It develops in us a muscle that reminds us that we can be someone who try things when we don't know what the specific outcome will be.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support this incredible fundraiser. It’s lovely to be back home.
